Jeff made it a flawless process for me to get my new home ,since I was out of state I figured it was way more complicated or time consuming but everything went very fast and his response time is just on point . Thanks for all the help .

Jeff Skulnik was very professional, and exceeded our expectations for managing the property sale and mortgage transactions. It was a smooth process, but only because Jeff is thorough and effectively communicates with his clients.

Jeff did an amazing job! My wife and I recently moved to Florida and have an 11 month old baby. We didn't know the area very well at all so looking for a house was really from scratch. We are very glad that we received a referral to Jeff. He was very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and quickly picked up on what we liked, didn't like, etc. in order to make recommendations. What we appreciated the most was the the customer service, patience, and responsiveness. He was always on time, stayed in contact with us, responded quickly, no pressure, and is a genuinely nice guy to work with. I would highly recommend working with Jeff! Jeff is the best realtor ever! We first met Jeff over a year ago with one of his listings. We called him 4 months ago regarding another listing he had that was already under conteact when we made an offer. We then decided this was our guy! We needed a motivated realtor like him. He sold our home in less than 2 weeks for more than asking price. We followed Jeff’s advice every step of the way, from selling our home, to purchasing our dream home in Lake Clarke Shores! As retired Realtors we knew exactly what we wanted in the agent that would represent us in the sale of our property and we expected a lot! We first meet Jeff at our FSBO Open House and we were immediately impressed. However, we continued our search and interviewed at least six other agents before realizing that Jeff was the one. He did not disappoint! Jeff’s marketing was professional and effective and his photography and videography was amazing, but what impressed us the most was his attention to detail and how he kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff knew exactly what I wanted. He found the perfect home for me, and arranged a viewing before the sellers were showing it. I was the first person to see it. He then helped negotiate so I was able to buy the house. He was available and working late at night and early in the morning. Every question and request I had he responded immediately.
