Jeff is a phenomenal realtor! If you are thinking about working with him, do it! We were relocating from across the state and he helped make this transition absolutely seamless. He put us in touch with an awesome realtor on the west coast who helped us sell our house in no time. Next up, it was time to find our dream house on the east coast and when it popped up one morning we knew it was the house! We called Jeff and he was immediately talking to the seller to set up a showing. Not only were we on another coast but the seller wasn't quite sure he wanted to show the house yet. But with Jeff's negotiation skills and down-to-earth personality, this was no problem, and with in no time he was able to set up a virtual showing for us. We put in an offer the same night and we went under contract the next day!! We would not have scored our DREAM HOME with Jeff and his amazing team. He thoroughly communicated with us throughout the whole process and was extremely responsive any time we had a question or needed assistance with something. I made contact with Jeffrey and around 10 other agents on the same site, hoping I could find someone that was responsive, professional and help with a very difficult search that could meet my families needs. I hit the jackpot. While I did get responses from a couple other agents, they just set me up on a daily drip and honestly not ONE other than Jeffrey's met my criteria or needs. He followed up, he was respectful and he was honest. He went a few times and actually face timed me at residences when I couldn't be here in person.
